Letter From the Principal

Dear Parents,

Welcome to Timber Lakes Elementary School. We are the home of the Wolf Pups! Our school colors are purple, white and black.

The new school is moving along schedule and I hope to receive the keys and certificate of occupancy by mid July. I have tentatively scheduled school tours for August 5th, 6th and 7th. More information will be posted on our website as soon as possible.

At this time I still do not know what our school hours will be. I should find out the start and end times by late July.

We will be going with a suggested school uniforms code. The tops should be purple, white, black or gray and the bottoms should be tan, blue or black. There is an opt-out form for those parents who wish not to participate (click here for opt-out form).

We will be offering the OCPS Extended Day Program for our child care needs. The cost will be $40.00 per child per week for both a.m. and p.m. It will cost $30.00 per child per week for p.m. only. The program will begin at 7:00 a.m. and end at 6:00 p.m. Please feel free to register for extended day at the main office.

Our PTA has been working super hard this summer. They have been planning the master calendar of events and have many committees in place. Please feel free to join us at our next PTA meeting which will be held on Thursday, August 7th at 7:00 P.M. in room 105 at Timber Lakes. Check out the PTA website at http://www.timberlakespta.com/.
